I have contact support again to request this.this isprobably going to make another case for me.I haven't received it yet. I believe I just found the answer to my problem elsewhere on the forum. Has anyone else experienced anything like this? I have opened up a case with Avast! but so far have not heard anything. Basic setup is just WIndows 10 and Office. On this laptop I was able to do the Windows RESET which got rid of AVast! and laptop seems fine without AVast! on it.īy the way I am running nothing special to comflict with Avast!. Just got the new laptop and everything was working fine until I installed Avast! Immediately started having the same symptoms. I contacted Dell and they though the SSD had gone bad. The first time this happened I thought the problem was the laptop itself. So I tried to do a Windows reset and that failed.
